Join the Theosophy Science group as they explore what gravitational waves are and how they are detected.
Gravitational Waves. Predicted by Albert Einstein in has Theory of General Relativity, gravitational waves escaped detection for a century. Now a number of observations have been made and attributed to mergers of black holes and neutron stars and the 2017 Nobel Prize for Physics has been awarded to a small number of a vast field of those involved in their discovery. Find out what gravitational waves are and how they are detected. Speaker: Kevin Davey
