Maybe you're new to meditation and want to explore a variety of meditation techniques to find the one that best meets your needs.
In this workshop, Allan Meers - author of Living the Chakras - will introduce you to a meditation technique recommended by spiritual teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Paramahansa Yogananda, and Ester & Jerry Hicks.
The aim of the workshop is to guide you through a 5 step process which can then be applied in the privacy of your home. This approach to meditation is particularly suited to people (like Allan) who are oriented towards the practical.
The workshop is experiential in nature and includes short practice sessions on each of the steps in the meditation process. Participants are invited to bring a small cushion (or 2) to ensure a comfortable and relaxed posture.
