The Adelaide TS Bookshop opened in February 1968, and was the first metaphysical bookshop in South Australia. If you wanted translations of ancient Indian or Tibetan texts there was nowhere else to go in SA. Our bookshop is still one of a kind.

Radcliffe Theosophical Library
Open since 1914 the Adelaide Theosophical Society's library now houses over 4000 books on Theosophy, religions, science, Eastern and Western philosophies and related subjects. The reference section carries hard to find titles. Suscription is open to members of the public at an annual fee of $22 plus a refundable deposit.
Hours: Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm.
As the library is run by volunteers please check with the bookshop before making a special trip into the city.
Theosophical Order of Service (TOS)
The TOS is an independent organisation founded by Annie Besant in 1908 to provide a framework for creative, practical, and humanitarian action in a theosophical spirit. Its motto is: A union of those who love in the service of all that suffers.
