The National Society has emailed the documents Adelaide Theosophical Society is to vote on at the Convention Business Meeting, the agenda for which is as follows.

1. To confirm the Minutes of the Adelaide Theosophical Society's Convention Business Meeting held on 14 December 2024
2. To appoint a voting delegate and/or proxy to exercise the votes of Adelaide TS at the Annual Convention Business Meeting to be held in Brisbane January 2026
3. To accept the Minutes of the Annual Convention Business Meeting held in January 2025 in Hobart, these distributed to members of the ATS by the National Society
4. To consider the items on the Agenda of the  Convention Business Meeting, to instruct the President on the attitude of the Lodge on these items, and to instruct the voting delegates how the votes of the Lodge are to be cast. This applies to the following items.

• the Notices of Motion
• the Report of the National President
• the Report of the National Treasurer
• the Financial Statements and Balance Sheet and the Auditor's Report thereon
• the Budget. 

5. The President to complete and sign Form 3.
