two talks by ts national speaker
Public Talk: OM: Transcending the Self.
In the Secret Doctrine H. P. Blavatsky references the great Mandukya Upanishad several times with regards to the “Omniscient, Eternal, Boundless, and Immutable Principle” established in the First Fundamental Proposition. A mere 12 verses long, the Mandukya delineates the four stages of consciousness and uses the Sanskrit mantra Om in the spelling AUM to assist us in integrating this into our lives.
Practical Theosophy: A Spiritual Toolkit
We explore Blavatsky’s Diagram of Meditation and the Three Fundamental Propositions. Blavatsky drew the diagram of meditation to assist her students in their spiritual journeys. Studied in conjunction with the Three Fundamental Propositions from the Proem section of the Secret Doctrine we find we can apply these universal principles to our innumerable daily interactions with our own minds and with others.
What do these three propositions show us?
We are part of the universe and the principles that underly the universe and its constitution and operations apply equally to us.
